Painting a gemstone for your mandala

One of the facebook groups I am in runs monthly challenges. This year one the themes is Birthstones.

I wanted to create pieces with a gemstone as the central dot to my mandalas. After watching many many youtube videos I came up with this method. It’s not the best but works great for me and is easily achievable using nothing but dotting tools.
